Our Refund Policy
At illusion Nice, the refund policy is meant to stay simple: if the visit falls short of expectations, you may ask for reimbursement within three days of attending.
You may speak with our Nice reception team after the visit or contact us through the website. Most refund requests are reviewed in a practical and accommodating way.
A refund would normally be refused only if the policy was clearly abused on purpose in an attempt to obtain free admission unfairly.
This satisfaction guarantee applies to individual visits and small groups (up to 9 visitors). For group bookings of 10 or more visitors, if fewer people attend than originally booked, a partial refund for absent visitors may be issued, up to a maximum of 10% of the total booking price.
